My friend Jarv's aunt owns one of the best catering services here in Manila. I've truly liked all the dishes that I have tried from them so far. However there is one dish in particular that my family and I go crazy over when we get a chance to order it.

2010 has been truly a great year that its sad to bid it farewell, but then again, a new year is about to come which means new beginnings for all of us!
