After seeing several bakeries during recent travels make their own twist on cheesecakes.. Light bulb moment! Why not put together my two favorite things: cookie dough + cheesecake
So with a trusted cheesecake recipe in hand...I decided to simply add several mounds of cookie dough balls into the batter. Homemade of course, nothing out of the freezer section of the supermarket :D
All was set until I was a bag of chocolate chips... hmmm...
Since the top was looking a bit plain..I decided to play with it by adding chocolate coated cookie dough balls.
Finished product!
May still need a little more tweaking with the presentation...by boy was it good if I could say so myself!

Family and friends liked it so much...mom asked me to bake two during another get-together haha! Thanks everyone!
With this curiosity finally put to rest...I wonder whats in store next for the test kitchen haha!
