Subspace's Chocolate Campfire Cake

One of my favorite chocolate cakes has to Chocolate Campfire from Subspace!

Fudgy chocolate cake layered with luscious chocolate ganache and then smothered with marshmallow frosting which is then torched giving both the effect and flavor of eating roasted marshmallows and s'mores.

and it just happens to be sold in my favorite Korean themed coffee shop in Manila!

A classic. Dunkin Donuts definitely came up with a brilliant idea to dress up donut holes!!

My favorite is the choco butternut munchkin which is basically the chocolate donut holes which they covered in a crumbly butternut exterior.

Ciudad Fernandino's Chocolate Cake

 

When bored, let them eat cake!!

One thing Ate Roan, my cousin's wife, really bond over with is food, specifically sweets! So while spending a lazy afternoon in my Lola's house, we dragged ourselves out of the house and drove a few blocks to Ciudad Fernandino, a local bakery in Urdaneta. 

We ordered our favorite Caramel Chocolate Cake. A rich, fudgy chocolate cake smothered with homemade caramel that has just the right amount of sweetness with a perfect, velvety texture. 

We got one whole cake, but as you can see we already reached half before I got to take a picture haha

Honeyrock Chocolate Cake

After our usual clan bonding during All Saint's Day, I got to treat myself to a huge slice of Honeyrock Bistro's deadly chocolate cake served ala mode. The gooey caramel filling is my favorite part!!

Will forever be thankful that they opened a branch right by my grandma's house!!
