This is how the Swiss prepare a Filipino breakfast haha!

Perfectly garlicy sinangag, peppery sausage links which mimic the flavours of longganisa but still tasting very Europeans, and a bright and shiny sunny-side-up egg to tie everything together.

L'Entrecote has now become dad's favorite morning meeting spot! Good food and a peaceful ambiance which makes for the perfect setting for breakfast appointments.

A chill Saturday evening spent at the house with new friends and having several slices of Costa Brava's Caramel Cake!

A light and airy chiffon topped with a smooth caramel frosting that had just the right amount of sweetness that makes is luscious without being too overpowering. 

 Costa Brava's Caramel Cake is definitely one angelic dessert, making you hear the halleluiah chorus after every bite.
