In the pantry, Car had one big jar of Prego Tomato Sauce
This has become my bestfriend during my SanFo Trip haha
With having leftover Rottiserie Chicken from Cosco..
I cimply cut the breast intro thin slices and Slathered on some tomato sauce
Next is the vital ingedient, Parmesan Cheese
I tried to coat the dish as much as I could
Once that's done, you simply have to cover the plate with Plastic Wrap
and into the microwave it goes for a couple of minutes
While my Chicken Parmigiana was "cooking"
I decided to make a simple creamy tomato pasta to go with it and presto!
after plating the two together..
I had my very own Instant Chicken Parmigiana
It may not taste like the authentic Chicken Parmigiana, but it still had the Italian flavors that I was looking for and I was able to whip it up in an instant :D
