With the goal to try out a different cuisine each night, the gang and I hit Simply Thai for some asian cuisine. Since I was feeling a bit under the weather, Thai food seemed to be not my usual dinner for but still comforting enough to enjoy even when I was sick. Keeping the curry and spices with traditional Thai taste, Simply Thai is truly by far the best Thai restaurant that I have tried.

A must try! The tender Lamb complimented the flavors of the curry perfectly.
Chicken Curry
As always, a crowd pleaser! But I must say, there's something with the tangy-ness of the curry that makes you keep wanting more.
For dessert, Banana Fritters with Vanilla Ice Cream
Simply put..Simply Thai is truly a great place to go to for some traditional Thai dishes! Definitely going back soon!
