My new favorite gadget perfect for summer!
When one can't sleep, make ice cream!
For my first try at making Ice Cream, I just had to go with an all time favorite, Chocolate Gelato!
Intimidated at first, making ice cream is actually quite simple.. just make sure your mixture is really cold and then its all up to the ice cream maker to turn the custard into gelato!!

I must say my first try was not so bad! I just have to work on it more and then it would be perfect!
