Jack Daniel's Pulled Pork Salad

Easier and more flavorful than a prepared salad bowl!!

I don't want to hype this up to much since you really can't screw up a salad but this has to one of the easiest and awesome salad that you can make. Although packed, ready to eat salad bowls are available almost anywhere nowadays and that almost everyone haves them now for lunch since they're convenient (together with the popularity the Kardashians made of them since it seems to be the only thing they eat for lunch.), I refuse to pay 4 dollars for a tiny salad bowl especially when i can spend about 4 dollars on buying salad ingredients that would make an equivalent of 5 salad bowls.

Although the BLT salad is still the most popular in our household, I was lucky enough to score some Jack Daniel's Pulled Pork at the store and was excited to use them as the main ingredient for my salad.

So easy, all you have to do is take out the container from the box and heat it up in the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes

but since I was only making a salad for one, I took just half of the pulled pork and placed it in a bowl and wrapped it with cling film

Microwaved it for 3 minutes and it came out perfect

Simply place the pulled pork on a bed of lettuc and drizzle with a little bit of your favorite dressing.

I would suggest ranch to get a little bit a tang against the sweet pulled pork, but I am currently obssessed with Balsamic glaze that I opted to use that and a little but of olive oil.

Although money may buy convinience, it is so much wiser to spend your money on buying the ingredients and prepping food yourself.

Say no to salad bowls!!
