Antonio's Salted Chocolate Truffle Cheese Cake

 Interestingly delicious cheese cake!!

I immediately saw this cake at the corner of my eye after entering Breakfast at Antonio's and knew at that very moment I had to walk out with a slice of this cake.

 

and what do you know.. I did!

Thinking of the word truffle and relating it to chocolate truffles, I was expecting an insanely chocolatey cheesecake. But boy was I surprised that after taking one bite, truffle actually meant the fungus truffle (sounds gross but you know what I mean lol)! 

Imagine a sweet, chocolatey cheesecake but incorporated with a salty, savory, somewhat pungent truffle flavor that surprisingly just worked really well together. My sister may not have been a big fan, but I definitely am a convert for I never knew truffles would work great with sweets.

Definitely a must try and a must devour!
