Baguio Retreat Day Two


Since we were on vacation, we decided to spend a lazy day in the room and only head out for an afternoon snack at the veranda.


Spicy Chicken and Chorizo Pasta

Boy did this dish make leaving the room worth it!
The Chorizo had just the right amount of spice which was balance by the chicken accompanied by sundried tomatoes. The choice of using egg noodles truly tied everything together





For Dinner... Cotterman Buffet

Loaded up on the Prime Rib carving and Chicken Alfredo since tomorrow's Friday which means less meals and definitely no meat! :( The club never fails to impress me with their carving choices.
