
That's a mouthful of -yaki...
With me still craving asian cuisine (Korea Hangover) and mom wanting to cook something, one lazy afternoon became the perfect time to try making Okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake.

Homemade Okonomiyaki
After surfing the net, mom and I experimented with the batter recipe and then just added cabbage and carrots which were the two most important ingredients. One can add scallions but we opted to keep things simple.

Once done, we just topped the pancakes off with Japanese mayo and Tonkatsu Sauce
