Hot Pot in Korea

After splitting up in the afternoon and I exploring the other side of Myeongdong, the boys and I got together and went back to Shinchon to met Cha for dinner. This time we went to have authentic Korea shabu shabu house.

Mon with the appetizers

Really liked the Pajeon...Korean scallion pancakes

Meats and Veggies!

The greens salad was also good! It was coated with dressing that was similar to that of kimchi although much sweeter at first bite yet still having a nice spicy punch at the end

My Bowl!

Really loved the flavors the different types of mushrooms added to the broth. It perfectly highlighted the mild flavors of the beef taking it to a whole other level.

Everything tastes good with Kimchi!

Truly a great a satisfying meal to kick off the festivities during our last night in Seoul. I can't believe I forgot the name of the place because I truly the rustic, authentic feel of the place. The place was ran by a family who were having dinner when we entered. This made the place more enticing to me knowing that there are personal touches to the food we are about to it since a family is preparing it. I must ask Cha the name of this place coz I really want to go back...just as much as I want to go back to Seoul in general haha.
