A wondeful dinner at the Aragon's!
Fillet Mignon with a Wild Mushroom Balsamic Tapenade
Paired with Grilled Organic Vegetables and Multi Grain Rice; this dish was deliciously hearty yet healthy at the same time.

Dreyer's French Silk
Its always cool to visit Lolo Mar since his freezer is always stocked with ice cream!
Car and I enjoyed this so much during our visit that we finally bought our own..
Chocolate, Vanilla, and Mocha mousse slowly churned until smooth. Bittersweet chocolate chips breaks the sweetness of the ice cream, making it even more harder to stop from getting another scoop.
Now to get another scoop or not...

Truffled Mac and Cheese
Topped with Herbed Chicken and Sauteed Wild Mushrooms
The easiest midnight snack I have ever made!
INGREDIENTS:
A box of Kraft Mac n Cheese
White Truffle Oil
Sister's leftover grilled, herbed chicken used in a salad
Leftover sauteed mushrooms in garlic
PROCEDURE:
Prepare Mac n Cheese as written on the box followed by a generous drizzle of truffle oil.
Reheat leftovers and place on top of truffled mac and cheese.
Enjoy!
That was one delicous, and if I may say, classy midnight snack!
