Truffled Tofu Scramble
INSTRUCTIONS
1 package soft tofu (got mine from the Korean store)
1 tbsp (or more) Black Truffle Oil
1 tbsp (or more) Soy Sauce
Truffle Oil always makes me smile!
PROCEDURE:
Toss the crumbled tofu into a preheated pot.
You made add a little olive oil to get things going
Drizzle in Soy Sauce
Aside from giving the saltiness of the dish, Soy Sauce really helps in giving the tofu in color which makes things more appeticing as opposed to just eating stark white crumbles of tofu
Drizzle in the Truffle Oil (as much as you want!!!)
and lunch is served!
paired perfectly with wilted garlic spinach and sliced fresh tomatoes
A healthy and more filling alternative to scrambled eggs!
