Park Chow

After walking around Union Square in the really cold weather, Car and her friend Mith brought me to have dinner at a nearby bistro, Park Chow.

Park Chow has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere so with me feeling a bit under the weather, it was a really great spot to have dinner in. The vibe of Park Chow is like a small county pub where everyone in that small town would just hang out in.

But not only was the atmosphere very warm and inviting, but the food on the menu was just as equally comforting. Unfortunately I came unprepared so the pictures I took are not of really good quality but I hope the food still speak for themselves :D

I ordered the Spicy Thai Noodles with Steak and Chicken
This dish was a really good mix between pasta and soup.
It tasted somewhat like Tom Yam Soup but with its own American twist of Steak and Chicken.
Was simply perfect and comforting :D

Forgive the blurry picture but I really just have to post this.
For Car's ordered, she had the Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes.
If you're the type of person who craves the comforting flavors or you grandmother's cooking, this is the dish for you! You'd want to have seconds if you can :D

For Dessert, we had Ginger Cake with Pumpkin Ice Cream topped with Caramel Sauce.
To die for! This dessert is definitely worth it to traveling for!
Its like Thanksgiving in one bite!

After that feast, I immediately felt my cold go away. The food was just pretty damn good and comforting that you'd just want to order more..

Now time for a jog hahaha!
