Grams Diner

With all the busy workload, its been a while since the family and I we're able to get together and enjoy eating out without having to rush because of deadlines to be met and whatnot. Luckily, I have a free day from school which gave me time to have lunch with mom and dad. This meant finally trying out a new place in our neighborhood called Grams Diner.

Its only been recently that I started enjoying diner food because alot of the new diner themed eateries have creatively designed a menu which featured a much more gourmet line up but still having an authentic diner flare. Grams just does that with their food which focuses on comfort food that would surely put a smile everyone's face.

Half and Half
I just had to order this half lemonade half iced tea drink since not all restaurants in Manila cater to such a blend...

Meatloaf!

At first I thought the serving was a bit small, but it certainly wasn't! One would truly be left feeling stuffed after eating this. I must say that I admire Grams for making real mash potatoes. The mashed potatoes were still a bit chunky and was not bombarded with butter and cream add on's that other restaurants do.

Hamburger!

Mom had the Hamburger which had Swiss Cheese and Mushroom.
The patty was very meaty and delicious, however Gram's could've gone easy on the mayo because it overshadowed the flavors of the mushrooms and swiss cheese

Country Fried Chicken

As for Dad's order, Grams got Fried Chicken right. Really moist and tender meat inside, with the perfect crunch on the outside.

After Grams, I certainly left with a smile on my face!

Gram's is definitely worth coming back to! The prices are very reasonable and the foods truly comforting. Can't wait to try the other dished on the menu!
