Woke up to this beauty...
I woke up this morning with the house going magnificent chaos as mom prepares for tonight's festivities, the annual company Christmas party. Mom and Dad really went all out this year with a scrumptious feast of continental dishes. A way for our family to show our great appreciation to all the efforts everyone has put in to the success of the company this year.
The highlight of the buffet had to be the carving sections.
The roast which dad had specifically flown from the US for the party and which mom cooked to perfection! Perfect paired with her red-wine reduction!
Of course a feast wouldn't be complete without La Frenza Lechon
and my share for the party..
The Best Blueberry cheesecake that I have ever baked!
So proud of myself haha! Was finally able to get the altitude I've been wanting without having a very dense cake. It was a good thing I made two because the first cheesecake vanished in just seconds.
