Two Seasons

Family feast in Boracay..

Since most of our family activities are grouped by age, the only time that the entire family gets together is when we're seated at the dinner table. So for tonight's feast, the whole clan met up over at 2 Seasons.

Longganisa Pasta

I really did like the sauce which had bold flavors of sun dried tomatoes and olives, however the sweet, longganisa taste was significantly missing. It is a delicious pasta dish, although just not what I expected.

Fish and Chips

Perfectly crisp and tender, the fish was fresh and just had the right coating of batter that highlighted the fish. The homemade ships we're also amazing, perfectly paired with the dipping sauce.

Nacho Fries

All the hustle and bustles of a superb nacho platter, made even better with the use of fries!

and now for the pizzas.. Prosciutto, Tomato, and Basil

Sausage and Mushroom

Finally! A mushroom pizza which doesn't use canned button mushrooms but rather fresh mushrooms that are filled with flavor.

and of course, Four Cheese Pizza!

Saving the best for last. The simplicity of this pizza was definitely worth the wait. A perfect combination of assorted cheeses that just blend together into one gooey bite that it was hard to decipher what cheeses they used. A dish so delicious that it is worth a trip going back to Boracay just to have this!

I may not be a beach person, but Boracay is now definitely on my go-to list when it comes to food... particularly pizza haha!
