Working on holiday...

 Since it is Araw ng Kagitingang (Day of Valor), I shall work with great valor lol!

Unfortunately, the only free time everyone at work could get together was over the holiday so goodbye lazy day and hello paper work over lunch.

Smoked Salmon. Parma with Peaches and Melon






Apple and Pecan Pork Medallions

Tender pork accompanied with sweet caramelised apples which had a subtle tartness and crunch from the walnut. Served with a creamy vegetable risotto.



Good food definitely helps in getting things done
(or maybe it was the overtime pay that got us working? Hmmm... haha!)
