Found a little bakery right by King's noodle and dim sum as we were on the way back to Intercontinental Grand Stanford to call it a night.
Lemon Chiboust
A very light cheesecake, almost reminiscent of a Japanese cheesecake but much more mousse like. Topped with a lightly torched meringue.
Now if only someone could tell me the name of the bakery haha!
