Stella's Wood Fired Chocolate Almond Cookie Dough
A scrumptious, gooey cookie dough that was roasted just enough to get a crisp outer layer which was then topped with salted caramel, rosemary pistachios, and mantecado ice cream. Heaven on a plate!
Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake
Perfectly moist, the chocolate-caramel ganache had the perfect salty-sweet combination that make just makes you want to stuff your face with the entire cake! A sprinkle of salt crystals and slivered almonds made for an extra depth of texture.
