Kenji Tei

 Sign = Ramen Time!!

I've always driven by the Kenji Tei branch in BF but never had to opportunity to stop and try the place.  That why I was overjoyed when they finally open a branch in Alabang Town Center making it more convenient for the family and I to try it.

Kenji Tei's interiors really catch ones attention from the outside.
So happy that they kept the decorations in line with the BF branch.

Crunchy Kani Maki

Perfectly crunchy.. I could finish one whole plate of this!

Spicy Salmon Maki

Although I really liked the freshness of the salmon, I would've wished the maki to be a bit spicier. I actually prefer the Crunchy Kani Maki because I think the texture of the kani was able to stand better against the cream mayo dressing.

Gomoku Shio Ramen

A clear, salt-based broth filled with freshly made noodles and an assortment of seafood, veggies, and pork slices. A simple, clean tasting dish which embodies the key simplicity of what ramen should be.

With several ramen houses opening here in the metro, Kenji Tei is definitely a must try!
