Korean cuisine at its finest right here in Manila!
As Car and Nate are about to head back to San Francisco and with Nate already a lot of Filipino dishes, we thought it was just right to try out a different cuisine for a change. Ergo, Korean it was!
Soju Sangria
A fruity, red wine sangria with a hint of Soju to give the drink an extra kick!
Kogi time!
Seng Galbi
USDA Premium Choice beef short ribs
Pajeon
Really like how Sariwon got the right balance of scallion and veggies without the scallion being to overpowering. I also liked how they got the pajeon slightly thinner than usual giving it a crisp texture.
Japche
Just the way I like it, with lots of garlic!
and Sikhye for dessert
Boy, did I miss this after-dinner drink
With my bias towards Korean cuisine, will definitely be heading back to Sariwon for more!
