A Greek-Tuscan Sunday Brunch

 Monthly brunch with the Sunday group :)

Tito Nelson's Greek Salata

A fresh mix of capsicum, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce then topped with feta cheese and a light vinaigrette.



    
 
 Tuscan Style Baked Fish

My photo definitely does not do this dish justice! The fish was tender and perfectly seasoned. This was my favorite dish during the brunch which I paired with crusty french bread that soaked the juices well. 






 French Beef Stew

With similar spices used on the fish which highlighted the very fragrant rosemary, the stew was also best enjoyed with a large piece of bread.






 With my birthday just a week away, Tita Linda insisted I blow a cake candle haha!






as per request, I made Banoffee pie.. which was gone in 60 seconds!
