Although I heard Empire Macaron has been in the macaron business for quite some time, I only got to try their goods now since I tend to be loyal (and sometimes biased) with my macaron favorites. Empire Macaron had the right crunchy exterior and chewy interior which made the cookie crack at every bite beautifully without shattering into pieces.
