Project Pie

Another hotspot finally opens its door down south

After making a splash in the earlier part of 2013, Project Pie has been the talk of the town and a constant fixture in social media. Luckily, Project Pie has chosen to open its doors right in the middle of Alabang.

Friends and I arrived at 9pm and yet there was still a long line...

It's a good thing the interiors kept us occupied lol

After an hour and a half.. we finally got to place our pie order

and in less than 10 minutes, we got our pizza 0.0

We ended up getting 4 custom pies and one dessert one since we already waited in line for more than an hour anyway.. might as well make the wait worth it.

Our custom pies:

1. All White

Our version of the white pizza. Topped with Mozarella, Feta, Gorgonzola, Riccota, Parmesan and then finished off with a sprinkling of garlic.

2. BBQ Chicken Pizza

Topped with mozzarella, caramelized onions, pineapple, jalapeƱo, mushrooms, tomato slices, chicken, and bbq sauce.

3. All Meat

Mozzarella and Ricotta then followed by all the meat that they had minus the roasted chicken. That means italian sausage, proscuitto, and many more..

4. Tuscan

Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Parmesan topped with italian sausage, proscuitto, basil, artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes,  black olives, and pesto

5. Strawberry Mango Nutella

It was so hard to pick one favorite since all we're really delicious that we just had to eat them all. I was amazed that the whole pizza making process took just a few minutes and the the baking was even faster. Really awesome service with excellently trained, and may I mention, perky servers who were very helpful in guiding us make the best pizza we could have.

Now I understand the hype. And I don't think this hype is gonna go down anytime soon.
