Excited to give this a try
If I remember correctly, one of the last things I ate in MNL before moving to SFO was actually Yabu Kurobuta Tonkatsu. Of course a few months ago, the only branch that Yabu had down south was in Southmall. Luckily, Yabu has also opened its doors to a second location, conveniently located at the Alabang Town Center. Now its kinda funny how just as my vacation is coming to a close, Yabu is there again as a part of my send off.

Kurobuta Oroshi
Beautifully golden and crips Kurobuta Pork Tonkatsu topped with grated raddish and chopped spring onions.
The Oroshi is best enjoyed with a sprinkling of freshly squeezed grapefruit and a drizzle of Ponzu Sauce.
I really like how the raddish add a very cool, clean bite that goes very well with the tangy, fresh flavors of the grapefruit and ponzu. The addition of these three ingredients really take the tonkatsu on a whole other level, making the pork taste less fatty/oily and making it very cool and refreshing to the palette.
I think I found my new Yabu favorite!
