After enjoying a couple of cocktails and sampling some of the delicous selections from Niner Ichi Nana's well curated menu, our group was feeling that it was time for a night cap before we went out separate ways. But instead of another round of drinks, we opted to switch venues and hed to Niner's neighbor, The Hungry Hound, for some late night grub.
Banh Mi Burger
An mazing beef burger patty accentuated with a unique liver flavor. I think it the sandwich needed more Vietnamese flavors though to mimic a traditional banh mi such as more cilantro perhaps.
Salpicao Silog
Marinated beef tenderloin, sunny side up egg, and garlic brown rice.. just amazing!
Crunchy Foie Gras Burger
Another amazing, and actually quite large beef burger made extra special with batter and deep fried foie gras. Like c'mon... you just can't go wrong ordering this and devouring it!
A perfect way to end a fantastic night. Closing with some classic comfort food flavors but leveled up into something spectacular. Job well done The Hungry Hound!
