Snacking at Baguio Country Club
For our yearly tradition, the family headed over to Baguio for our Holy Week celebration. Not only is Baguio the best place to escape Manila's deadly summer heatwave, but it always feels so solemn and calming to participate in various church activities here.
After getting settled in our suite at the country club, our happy eating family kicked off Baguio vacation at the veranda for some merienda.
BCC Pizza
More like "carbonara pizza"
This pizza had no tomato sauce but instead was topped with a bechamel sauce base accompanied by bacon, mushroom, and lots of cheese! Delicious but deadly on the belly!
Spicy Chorizo and Chicken Pasta

My favorite pasta! A Baguio trip is never complete without this!
The pasta can get really spicy at times depending on the chorizo, which made it a perfect compliment for the BCC pizza which was very creamy and rich.
