Back to Seoul!

The site of those exhaust fans only mean one thing...
MEAT!

After our weekend of wellness of relaxation...well all couldn't wait to have some meat!!!

was kinda amazed by them haha







Some Jiggae to start things off






KOGI!

Korean Barbeque.. generous portions of meat, marinated with a sweet and tangy sauce, grilled, and then topped with a citrus-y glaze

To be honest, I was too in-awe by the fact that we were eating meat again that I actually forgot to take note of the name of this dish.. All I can say that the meat was perfectly grilled, with a slight crisp on the outside yet still very tender on the inside, and the sauce was just perfectly tangy and had jsut the right balance of sweetness!




best paired with Korean red rice
