Seafood night with the cousins before heading back to reality!
My over-extended pseudo-vacation is finally coming to an end. So before departing for Manila tomorrow evening, the cousins took me out once more as part of our weekly get-together. Seafood night it was at Boiling Crab!
Upon sitting down, you are greeted with a large table covered with a new sheet large parchment and mounds of lime
The thing with Boiling Crab is you really get down and dirty with your food! All seafoods are ordered by the pound which is then served in a plastic bag. A very interesting place to take one for a first date! You'd really get to know one another fast haha
Here come the orders!
Car and I shared..
A pound of shrimp with "The Whole Sha-Bang" which was the combination of all the sauces of Boiling Crab comprised of cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, and garlic butter. We also got it medium spicy to add a little kick
A cup of Gumbo
Might not look very appetizing but that what Gumbo is really all about anyway!
Definitely tasted the cajun spices and really admired the generosity with the chorizo slices
And one Dungenes Crab again with the whole sha-bang
Kudos to Boiling Crab for selling the freshest seafood and selling them at fair market prices!!
