French dip and red velvet for dinner..

 My very sweet sister brought me home a French Dip Sandwich for dinner so that I don't have to cook
(and maybe so that she doesn't have to do the dishes haha)

Mounds of thinly sliced and beautifully roasted beef nestled in between a crusty french baguette and served with a side of roast beef drippings meant for dipping referred to as "au jus" which means "with juice".





 
 
And for dessert, a huge slice of Red Velvet Cake from Raley's

We've recently become a big fan of the in-store bakery of Raley's for their really delicious selection of gourmet cakes!


Definitely a chill night tonight!
