Food truck adventure!!
With food trends coming and going, the food truck craze continues to grow even bigger as years pass by. But who's complaining anyway when you can buy freshly made gourmet dishes from a food truck for less than 10 dollars!
As another one of our weekly dinners, my cousins and I tracked down the current destination of the Mogo's food truck, thanks to their twitter page!
Mogo's is a Korean inspired food truck which sells tacos, burritos, hotdogs, and sliders all made with a Korean flare!
Just say Korean and I'm good!
Short Ribs Burrito
stuffed with loads of meat, veggies, and kimchi rice
Kudos to Mogo's for serving well marinated Short Ribs that had the right balance of sweet and tang!
and for dessert..
the gang and I went back to Fremont for some gelato..
Car had plain hazelnut while I have Caramello Chocolate Crunch which is the deadliest gelato I have had to date! Far richer than the ones we had in rome, Caramello Chocolate Crunch had a deep, rich, dark chocolate base blended with smokey caramel and what i believe were sugar crunch clusters! AMAZING!
Definitely an awesome night!!
