Honeyrock Bistro

Family bonding over salads

Before heading back to Manila, the parents and I made a pit stop by my grandma's house to have lunch with her and my cousins.

An assortment of salads to share. My Favorite was the chef's salad with an ajoili dressing. Honeyrock's version of salad nicoise came second for me since it was made interresting by a peanut, sesame dressing!

Short Ribs!

Slowly braised beef short ribs that easily fall of the bone, stewed in a rich, herb infused tomato sauce similar to the flavors of osso bucco. Served with a side of steamed vegetables and steamed rice.

 Beef Stew
A generous serving of tender beef slices stewed in a creamy mushroom sauce. Also served with rice and steamed veggies.

Catch of the Day
A choice of the day's freshest catch, simply grilled and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon. Topped with sauteed mushroom and spinach.

What I really like about Honeyrock's is that they serve delicious meals, with satisfying portions and reasonable prices, making gourmet food available to everyone!

Make sure to drop by especially when you're on your way to Baguio!
