Midweek lunch out!
Since it was one of those rare occasions that my sister was of work, I decided to treat her out for lunch. Of course since it was my pick, our lunch was obviously going to be a Korean fare. And because I've really been wanting to try out this new Korean bibimbap place for quite some time now.
Mini Seafood Pancakes
On of the best seafood pancakes we've found in the area. Not only are they perfectly bite sized portions, but the batter was incredibly light and fluffy inside but had a nice crunchy exterior which held the seafood together.

Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap
Bibimbap Depot was actually very generous with all of their toppings.
Some may say that you can't really screw up bibimbap but whats sometimes overlooked is that the simplest dishes are also the easiest to screw up and Bibimbap Depot was able to prepare the bowl perfectly. Everything was just the right amount so that each bite had the perfect flavor and texture.
Some complimentary Epoca Cool for dessert!
Aside from the good food, what really stood out for Car and I was how good the service was at Bibimbap Depot. Having a very warm, mom and pop shop type feel; we were amazed that despite the restaurant being full since we went during lunch hour, the one server in-charge for taking care of all the tables was able to manage serving everyone in a sincere manner without loosing his cool.
Overall, it was an awesome lunch with my awesome sister. Definitely was a good choice!
