Conti's Steak and Eggs
Minute steak served with two sunny-side up eggs and potato gratin
I have to say that aside from already having a really good combo of steak and eggs, the potato gratin was just as amazing! Perfectly flavored with garlic and butter, the potato gratin stood out rather than just being a forgettable side dish!
The perfect meal to have on a rainy afternoon while catching up with Mom
and sharing stories about my trip..

Odeng
Odeng:
Skewered Fish Cakes Stewed in a light, soy-infused broth
Served best with Korean mustard
Originally from Japan, odeng has become very popular to tourists and locals in Seoul
Commonly served in Korean food carts, we got to try this just outside the palace after our tea ceremony!

Yonsei's Korean Language Institute Building
Opted to have some sweet and sour pork cutlet..
