Of course it had to be Ssamgyupsal! :D
The day has finally arrived. Our bags are now packed and in jsut a few more hours we'd be heading to the airport and of to Manila we go. My anxieties going on this program have now disappeared and have been replaced with new anxieties going home because simply put, I don't want to go home yet :(
Although the three weeks went by so quickly, Im still pretty content leaving Seoul filled with fun and exciting memories, new friends, and an even deeper love for Korea! Definitely going to miss a lot.. from the longs walks, the daily commutes to school, the tours, the food, and of course the amazing company!
How can I forget.. I'm definitely gonna miss our apartment in Sindap! Thanks to hyung, Tim, and Dan for accommodating us and being our big brothers while living in Seoul!
And so for our last lunch before heading to the airport,
Hyung prepared a hearty Ssamgyupsal meal for us!
I actually learned from hyung that adding grilled mushrooms to the ssamgyupsal adds another level of flavor, enhancing the meat flavor of ssamgyupsal even more!
Now off to the Incheon!
