Since most of Mama's relatives were in town for the reunion, my dad decided to put a little family reunion over brunch at Cathay House which is the on place we always go to for Chinese in Vegas.

An endless serving of dimsum, dumplings, and then some.. One thing I kept going back to was the Walnut Shrimp which has been my favorite ever since the first time we ate here.
