Been hearing about this a lot from friends so decided to give it a try. A bright red cocktail whose refreshing flavors seemed to be the outcome of one night stand between a cool mojito and a sophisticated cosmopolitan.

Potato Skins with Boursin Dip
Really liked the texture of these deep friend potato skin however the dip did not stand very well since the boursin had a far too delicate, milky flavor that just didn't stand out. I would've have preferred a bolder cheese deep such as Roquefort perhaps?
