we just had to fire up the grill!
After hearing mass, the family and I went out for a walk around the neighborhood and tried to stay away from just lounging around in front of the tv on a cool Sunday night.
As we were walking, we saw our neighbor across the street firing up his grill since they were having some guests over. Since my dad seem extremely jealous, we gave in and told him he could fire up the grill.
Menu for the night, Korean BBQ Short ribs!
Got a bit lazy, I decided to marinate the short ribs with store bought gogi sauce..
Just marinate the ribs for 30 minutes and then grill..

served with a side of Kimchi Fried Rice..
How easy was that??
