Exploring London

a proper London adventure would not be complete without taking..
the Underground!

After spending our first day enjoying the idyllic sights of the countryside, it was time for the troops to head out and see what exciting London had in store for us.

First Stop.. Tower Bridge

Although this is what we used to picture when ever we sing the famous "London bridge is falling down" tune..the actual London bridge is on the opposite side of the river and is also less dramatic than the Tower Bridge.

Always enough time for a quick snack..
Vanilla Ice Cream with Cadbury Flake

The Olympic Torch

Thanks to Omega for putting the torch up on exhibit!

The Olympic Stadium

Although the Olympics have been over for a month now, the viewing deck of the Olympic park was still quite busy due to the Paralympics that was still on going. Just out luck :D

Lunch time...

Trying out McDonalds while visiting other countries is a must!

A generous fillet of chicken topped with a spicy-tangy tomato sauce!

Of course..the Big Ben!

Who could ever forget the red telephone booth..
never did a payphone look more chic!

Piccadilly Circus

Whad'ya know..an actual circus parade right in the heart of Piccadilly!

And then off to Chinatown for some Pecking Duck with the family :D

The tour would have not been as memorable without these guys!
