Dinner Date with 3 women
With my stay in San Francisco being unexpectedly extended, a very good family friend of ours, Tita Luz, insisted on treating Car and I for dinner. Since we were headed out to eat, we also invited Tita Rosie which made it a lovely dinner for 4 :D

Gemelli pasta with smoked chicken, sun dried tomatoes, and mushroom in a luscious cream sauce
has to be a new favorite cream based pasta dish of mine! New comfort food!
The bold flavours of the smoked chicken and tangy sun dried tomatoes add a certain punch to the cream sauce which sets it a part from other cream sauce based pastas which have a tendency to be too creamy and you just can't seem to enjoy it anymore after the 4th bite.
Car's Huge Chicken Parmigiana
Served on top of penne pomodoro..a hearty plate we just couldn't get enough of!
