A quick pit stop after an offsite visit for work
After our scheduled offsite visit in Quezon, our group made a quick pit stop at Cafe de Lipa at Petron which marks the halfway mark of our trip back.
Chocolate Concorde Cake
Goeey, Chocolatey, with a slight crunch from the chocolate meringue cookies used to top the cake.
I really liked the idea of placing the chocolate cake layer in between, rich chocolate ganache. One note I would make is that this cake would be perfect if they opted to use dark chocolate rather than semi-sweet to mellow down the richness of the entire cake.
Definitely an afternoon (afterwork) delight!
