Mom's Lamb Stew

The art of slow cooking.. 6 hours to be exact..

Excited to try her new toy, Mom decided to use her new slow cooker by cooking us Lamb Stew for dinner. 

Being inspired by the French, mom slowly braised lamb legs in her slow cooker with a hearty broth infused with wine, onions, carrots, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf. Mimicking the flavours one would use in making the rustic French dish, cog au vin.






Served with Manchego-Parmegiano Linguini and Garlic French Beans...
