Sisons'SeoulAdventure2013: Myeongdong Street Food

The family wanted something traditional but at the same time unusual...

and street food so happens to be the "traditional" practice as it is common for locals to have street food for dinner due to their hectic schedules. As for the unusual, here's to having dinner standing up while everyone hurriedly passes by haha!

 Barbecue Chicken Skewers

instant favorite of the group!

 Odeng

Skewered Korean Fish Cakes served with a cup of piping hot broth!
Goes well with the spicy chill dipping sauce

 and for dessert...

Freshly made Dragon Beard Candy!

It may have originated from China..

But these almond-honey-cotton candy hybrid is something very popular in Korea which dates back to being a favourite in Korea's Royal Court centuries ago.

Will never get tired of visiting Myeongdong!!

That's it for Sisons'SeoulAdventure Day 1!
